Can't register Dragon Age 2

Hi,

I own a PS3 copy of Dragon Age 2 as of midnight yesterday. The UPC code is not working on the website.

Any help?

I've got a pre-order PC digital download version from Direct2Drive and I've got the same problem. Might be because it was just released today, perhaps it'll be fixed soon and allow us to register on the website?

I have the Xbox 360 version. Same problem as mentioned above.

It appears that it is effecting ALL DA2 UPC codes. Or at least so far. We do only have a few people who have the same issue. I'm going to see if it is a browser related issue. Doubtful at that.

All DA2 UPCs are 12 or 13 digits. Make sure to include the little numbers on either end of the UPC. If you did this and are still unable to register please PM me your UPC and I will check into it.

the UPC number appears to be 10 digits located in the middle of the UPC 'bars', there is also a number outside of the bars on each side that should be included in your code. Mine was a 0 before and a 9 after for a total of a 12 digit number.

Not working for me either. With the little numbers on either side to anchor them. I'm PMing you Jeff. Any help is appreciated.

Will try again when I get home this evening, but I did put the complete number in and it did not work. Will PM Jeff if I keep having trouble tonight.

Thanks for the PMs. Looks like we were missing 2 UPCs for Signature Edition. I have added them and registration should now be working.

I have the same problem can't register my copy for xbox 360 and i've putted all the numbers correctly included the 2 small ones on each side.

I also am unable to register or even install my PC Signature Edition, it says invalid code or Code has been disabled

We just added some other missing UPC codes into the system for Xbox and PS3. Please try registering again and let me know if you are still having problems.

Just tried registering the xbox360 signature edition, I either get logged out or I get a white page which is apparantly done loading.

Hi I bought mine digitally from Steam and I still can't register my game :(

the upc means the number under the barcode right, cause mine still isnt working

edit...it worked, got word back that i forgot the little numbers on the left and right of the barcode, so that might be some peoples problems

As mentioned earlier in the thread if your UPC's are not working you can send them to Jeff and he can verify the issue.
