<see that picture there thats a picture of my character from DA2 i bought the game from xbox live market place for £14.99 all i want this site to do is put that i own dragon age 2 under my picture how do do i do that without a USP code?

Guys i've gotta say, 2 years in, dragon age 3 on the way, and you still cant register your digital download on your own website? if i worked for bioware, EA (or whoever it is who wants to take responsibility for their customers) I'd fire myself for gross idiocy.

Somebody please help the thousands of people that downloaded this game in good faith please - myself included.

At this stage its going to be a nightmare downloading DA3 - all I can say is stand by for the the inquisition that is sure t follow I'm sure... yours, a very disappointed game player of 30 years...

Agreed. Not being able to register a digital download is annoying...as I just found out today.

Agreed aswell! Can't registere my DA2 that I bought online either, can't even play it...Keep getting the message from EA that this game still has to be released....

And my DA:O is registered including all the DLC but ingame I don't have acces to the DLC good ball EA realy starting to lose faith in you all! I even did exactly what the customer service told me to do to fix it but nothing helps!

I'm having the same problem with my PS3 digital downloads. Very frustrating. I spent hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong as I had no problems registering my Xbox disk versions. Then stumbled across this thread. Has anybody found a way around this? It looks like this has been a problem for a very long time.

I can't register any of my games (DAO/DA2) I bought myself from PSN - digital copy. I spent 2.5 hours on phone with PSN and EA. I'm very disappointed in this verification/registration process. It takes the fun out of gaming when you spend weeks trying to get access to site online to get bonus items

You should be using the Dragon Age Keep to get your bonus items, not BSN.
