Yeah, how usually language broblems are in the game? I mean, everyone doesn't speak english on their own language. And that may cause some broblems for someone. I am sure everyone who play that game have some kind of language skill. But it isn't be enought. Who realy cope turn codex or long conversation? Probably these who loves dictionaries.
My point is, those discussions and text are realy important on this game. That means english nowlege failing limit players.
How usually?

if I'm understanding correctly what you're saying - you have 2 options. you have an option to play mass effect in a language you are more comfortable with, assuming English is not your first language.
or you can use this as an opportunity to improve your vocabulary. Mass effect is not particularly complex and it would suck terribly if the language in it was simplified too much. if you are having trouble understanding some of the words, maybe its time to learn?

If I undertand you correctly, you are telling us how hard must be to play Mass Effect with no enough understanding in English or any other language the game is using?
If so, yeah, must suck. I brought a friend of mine to play Mass Effect 2. Since I'm used to the game, I always play without subtitles. I asked him if he wanted them, but he said they wouldn't make any difference.
I had to translate to him, but it's not the same. I noticed such thing when I saw he was bored.
English to him is like french to me.

eeeh.. My option was just wonder how those who can't english pretty much can play that game and understand story. (Okay, everyone can play that without knowing what they talk) I start think that when my little bror was asking me after every word, "What did he say?" And I just ask how many have some king of broblems to understand story, debate and choices; that this game is.
