Hey I have the signature edition of Dragon Age 2, and I punched in the online pass and activated my code.  However, I cannot seem to find anywhere to download my DLC for my game.  It is not showing up in the game under the downloadable content section, and I cannot seem to find a way to manually download them as well.  I have it all registered under the same email, and my content is no where to be found.

Some help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

you need TWO codes for the sig edition. One code to activate the game, and a second to enter as a promo code to get all your stuff

Thanks for the post TallBear! I was looking on the DLC page and was going to fill in a support ticket, but that link you posted is where all the Signature Edition DLC is.

For the two codes, I registered the game online and I punched in the promo card code. However, when I go to that link it doesn't give me the option of downloading the content. Not sure if I am suppose to be using my game code somewhere else to unlock it or not.

On the promo redemption page when I type in my code again, it does tell me that the code has already been used, so I know I punched that in correctly. So I am guessing I am not registering the game correctly and that is my problem.

I am punching in the game code at:

Is that where you punch in the game code to activate it, or am I suppose to go to another website. Because I have used both game and promo card code if otherwise.

just like everyone else i have sig version and cannot dl the Black Emporium or Exiled Prince.
email from ea when i order online stated the code will be mailed but hasnt yet!
Its now around 11:30am cst and game was unlocked at midnight.

I am unable to get to any of mine either. I just have the preorder from steam and was supposed to get the Black Imporium and the sword and sheild. none of my DLC content shows up in game jst like the same issue with the original DLC. Come on Bioware haven't we fixed this yet?

After 10 hours, there is STILL NO reply regarding this matter.

I am in the same boat; no second email has be given for the SECOND unlock code for the Emporium, etal.

I pre-ordered the game also as a signature edition, already in decembre. I live in europe and now I have to wait till thursday before the game unlocks and I can play it, while I already could download it. Some DLC I can see already but same for me, some is missing as well. Or am I not allowed because I ordered it in europe??? We want answers!

To download the content manually (if you already have received the promo code e-mail) go to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and click More Info for the ones that give the PC or Mac option; a pop-up window should give instructions and a link for downloading.

Just read this reply. Where do you find your second code or promo code? I downloaded the sig edition so I have no box. This could explain everyone's problems with DLC.

The Sword, Shield and other promo items should show up under the extras tab then unlockables subtab in game.

Oke clear now. In my order email I read that the DLC will be unlocked on the 9 of march, so they aren't available yet. Maybe this also depends on your location and order, but for me, I have to wait. Don't know if you have to receive an email first with promo code or that it just will unlock. We have to see. I hope this answers some questions for the rest of you guys.

I preordered a digital download from steam. got all my DLC content. When I try installing it i get an error message that DA2 is not installed on my PC. Anyone know a fix?

Is the Exiled Prince part of the retail version of the game? I'm not seeing that particular DLC showing up anywhere....

same situation here, some dlc's are already there, and some, like emporium and sebastian, are not.

OK, so it turns out the Exiled Prince needs to be purchased online. Start at http://social.bioware.com/page/da2-dlc and go from there.

I don't think we need to repurchase something that we already bought.
For who bought the Sig version in any case.
