The thing is that wherever I go, I see that I need to use my 'Online Pass', but where the hell I found it? I found no such thing in the download EA version.

It seems as if I am having the same problem. I have the sig. edition and have registered my game (and the online pass) where I am supposed to yet i see no way to DL the exiled prince or the black emporium. When inside the game it says that there is nothing to download. I went as far as to download the "Signature Edition Rewards" from the "registered game content" page and all that game me was the items that come with Sig. edition. It did not give me the above mentioned addons.

Is there some sort of delay from registering the code and receiving the item? Maybe the servers are being overloaded currently? Any update would be much appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I just manually downloaded the content and that worked just fine. Got to Profile>Your registered game content..... once on that page click on the "more info" link. it may not work at first, but keep trying I eventually got mine to work. You'll be downloading an EXE file. Hope this helps.

I entered my code, it told me that I now owned the Exiled Prince, but there's nowhere to download it. I've got the Black Emporium though.

And from what I can tell you need to go down the list and manually add Black Emporium.

Maybe he's exiled from my computer?

Sigh. Spent the past hour with E.A. Live Chat. No explanation of why the codes have not been sent.

They did give me 3 codes that covered everything BUT The Black Emporium... the most important one.

I have a strong feeling this was the last time I will be doing business with the E.A. store.

I am so sad right now and need a hug.

Hey folks i don't see anyone posting this yet, but I believe the emporium is the ONLY one you need to actually download, the other items are built into the game and if you have the codes, you should have quest log items saying "return home and check in a box" or something, so they must be in a chest of drawers where your hero lived.

No idea how to get there yet.

(update) gamlins house is deemed your house as well i guess. The trunk is called "special deliveries" it's in one of the rooms.. has the sword, shield etc.

That's the issue for me Deamian - the game says I have them, but it instructs me to go to my "receivables chest" at my home, but there is only a "storage chest." Perhaps it's too early in the game . . . ?

Ha - total idiot.  There's another room in your house that has all the precious!

Yeah, none of the DLC shows up in the game, even though I entered all the codes and it shows as available to me on the social site.

Go to your Uncle's house in Lowtown. Theres a second room, look at your minimap to find it. in there is a chest. Your stuff should be in there. I'm still having issues getting the Fadeshear sword and the shield but everything else has showed up.

Alright, I entered my code in after registering my signature edition to my account. What I noticed was that on the entitlements page [ http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php ] it will show all of the items you are to have with your account. To the right under the column of download, there will be "more info" links to click.

Depending on the content these links will tell you where to find that content, for example "Boots of the Frozen Wastes" states under the more info tab that ((Incoming text spam, sort of))
1. Run Dragon Age II.
2. Please ensure you log in with the same account you used on the social website.
3. Verify the content appears in the Unlockables screen by selecting Extras on the Main Menu, then Unlockables.
4. Start a new game or load an existing one.
5. The items will appear in a chest in your house. Follow the instructions in the game journal.

As for DLC like "The Black Emporium" you have to click the "More Info PC" link (I have the PC version obviously) to find the actual download button for your content. ((Another block of instructional text incoming))
1. Download the package from the link below and install it.
2. Run Dragon Age II.
3. Please ensure you log in with the same account you used on the social website.
4. Start a new game or load an existing one.
5. Follow the instructions in the game journal.
and there will be a little windows icon that says DOWNLOAD.

I do hope this helps anyone else whom has questions regarding their content.

Note: you may be required to log into your EA account (the one you have DAII registered to as well as the same account you applied your promo code from the Online Pass card inside your game case) and the next window after logging in may say there is nothing or no items to download. Do not fret, go back to your entitlements page and click more info again, then download. It should direct you save a new file to your PC.

I didn't see a white screen on my end. But you may need to try to download again. If it still doesn't work then I don't know what to say other than to get ahold of customer support.

The promotional items generally do not need to be downloaded and, once redeemed, will automatically unlock within your game.

The Exiled Prince and The Black Emporium (which is also referred to as your Online Pass) can be downloaded from your entitlements page here on the social site - http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

and click "More Info" as some of the earlier post said. They immediately showed up in my unlockables and when you cllick it for PC it will give you the option to download DLCs

Black Emporium DLC directly downloaded from here, fails to recognize DA2 steam install. Had a similiar issue for a while with ME2 as well when it released. seems to have trouble realizing steam installs with the patchers.

ive been having a ton of problems with the steam version as well. It doesnt recognize the install and i even played for a while. any help

The DA2_BlackEmporium.exe would not run on my PC. It says I need to install DA2 first and of course I already did.

P.S. I bought DA2 through EA download manager.

I dont even see the installation path. The moment I open it, it says that I have to install DA2 to install. I have installed DA2 via EA manager.

However attempting to Download Signature content, Soundtrack, Black Emporium ...
