I too have the same problems with that...and I already play thru part of the game and didn't just make a char and logged out...ne solutions? Oh and I got my version of DA2 from Steam, the digital copy...does that have ne thing to do with it?

Black Emporium DLC directly downloaded from here, fails to recognize DA2 steam install. Had a similiar issue for a while with ME2 as well when it released. seems to have trouble realizing steam installs with the patchers.

I had to download the BE to get it to work for me, really bioware i thought we were past this? I know your trying but honestly if you another beta tester let me know!

I bought DA2 off D2D, it said it was the Signature Edition, i got some in game items, had to DL the black market. didn't get the soundtrack, the prince chart. n the mission. I got 2 codes n redeemed them. I know that some items are from the pre-order but some are for the Signature Edition.



EDIT: I did see that the email from D2D with the Reg. key differs from the one in the DA2 configuration! not sure if that has to do with it.

I pre-ordered DA2 on December 31st in a EBGames, yet I did not receive the Fadeshear nor the The Lion of Orlais codes to get them both into the game. What can I do to retrieve them ?

I'm from Brazil and pre-ordered the SE from EA Store (not my choice...). Already downloaded and registered. The game is scheduled to unlock at 17:00 GMT 03/10/2011. When I look at my entitlements page all the stuff from the SE is missing. Do I have to wait for an EA e-mail AFTER the unlock? Have anyone here actually got that e-mail since the game is already out in the US?

PS: The belt reward from EA is also missing from the list...

I also pre-ordered the signature edition.
I've downloaed the DLC but can't install it - it asks me to install DA2 which I have been playing for all day.
When I copy-paste the DLC file to DA2's folder and tried to run it, it said "error launching installer".
EA and BioWare you guys really rock... So creative to create problems!

I downloaded the Sig version but hasn't receive an online pass for all the promotional content.
I wrote mail for support, they kindly send me a new code, but in their code I only found The Lion of Orlais and Fadeshear... I don't now if I must cry or...

A friend of mine said there is a chest inside your uncles house that has those items.  I haven't tried yet but he said in one of the rooms there is a chest that will have the downloadable content inside.

I've manually downloaded EP, BE, SE but when I try and run it an error window pops up and says that it requires Dragon Age 2 to be installed. It is installed!

This is all on top of the fact that my pre-ordered signature collection won't get passed the date checker with out a crack :/ I've tried installing them w/o the crack too and that doesn't work either :/ I'm a PC user from North America. I've entered all my codes, and they show up in my registered game content. Please help Bioware!

Had to exit Steam and start it back up for the entitlement patchers (Black Emporium) to recognize that DA2 is installed. Hope this helps someone.

I'm missing the SE extras... got all the others. SE code should have been in the same e-mail as the other unlocks? I pre-ordered the game in EA store in october, but I'm fearing I only got the normal edition instead of the Signature Edition...

I had the same issue with digital version from EA download manager. I couldn't manually install from the entitlement page, but I found out why. I had language region set to japan (don't ask me why) and switching back to U.S english .. fixed the manual installation issue ...

I was having the same problem geting the BE DLC to instal, useing the Steam copy of the game, until just now. I am not sure exactly what hapend but I told Steam to start the game and then got a notion to try instaling the DLC one last time befor playing some more. In the time between clicking the play buton on the Steam interface and the launcher thingey for the game poping up I ran the BE instaler and rather than telling me that the game needs to be instaled for it to work, as it had up until now, it simply started into the instal proces.

I am no programing whiz but I imagine that some kind of wizardy hapend here, serriously that is the best explanation I can come up with. If you are having the same problem as I was you might give it a shot. Hope it helps at least one of you.

Problem solve in 2 times thanks to Bioware service conso :
- 1 by sending mails to the service conso, they send me the missing codes.
- 2 I receive later a mail with the onlines pass again.

To everybody in the same case, be patient the online pass arrive (a bit late, but they arrive) or contact the service conso.

I don't have issues with the actual in-game DLC as such, but I can't seem to get the SE soundtrack to download from the entitlements page. I go in and click download and it runs anywhere from 25% to 75% or so, and stops downloading...just sits there. This is with Windows' normal IE downloader.

Now if I use a download manager...it allows me to resume if it stops and it'll get all the way to 97% and then stop...stating it's a bad URL and won't let me finish.

It's a 725 MB soundtrack and it's wasting my monthly download limit just trying to get it, any thoughts? Possibly someone fixing it?

Uff, lucky I used the EA live chat... Although I pre-ordered the game on October on EA Store, my order was registered for the normal edition, not Signature. But now it's fixed, the support guy gave me a new code and got the Signature Edition content. Downloading it now

how come my game stated signature edition but when i register, my registered game content did not show "signature edition rewards"

I too have the issue where I entered the correct redeem code yet none of the items from the SE code are added to my available Game Content page. The code is now market as "Used".

I saw the previous post my a moderator stating that they're experiencing heavy traffic at the moment and it will thus take some time for it to update properly, but I would like to know which time-span we're talking about here. 12/24 hours or will it take a week before we can download the things for which we specifically pre-ordered the game 3 months in advance?
