This is ridiculous. Bioware/EA either need to fix this, or start giving people refunds for the products people purchased but have not received.

I had problems installing the Black Emporium as well.
I downloaded the game through EAManager, and when installing the Black Emporium it sent me a message saying it wasnt installed.
The problem solved changing my default language to run Unicode programs to English(USA)
To do this go to Controle Panel, then Regional and Language Options.
(not sure if its necessary) in Format tab, choose English.
(not sure if its necessary) in Region tab, choose United States.
int the last tab, where it says which language to use for Unicode programs, click on the button to edit, choose English.
It will ask to restart the computer, do so and try installing the Black Emporium again.

It worked for me, good luck for you.
One last word: my Windows is in Portuguese, so there may be some miss translations =p

Just checking in AGAIN to say that when I try and install my downloaded Exiled Prince, Black Emporium, and Signature Edition it says that I do not have Dragon Age II installed. Which I've been playing for two days. Also now I can no long uninstall my game and reinstall it. I did do this three times already for another problem so maybe that's it's limit. PLEASE HELP! I want to meet Sebastian. And get my monies worth.

I also have the problem where the SE content dosen't even show up on the "registered game content" page even though I have entered the code, twice. I really don't know what to do about it so I would really like some help to fix this.

So... Any news on this matter, Bioware? Alot of us are eagerly awaiting a response to our problems. Personally I want to know whether I should put finishing DA2 on hold or if it's not worth waiting since this issue isn't going to be finished for another couple of weeks.

I cannot answer for Digital delivery, but SE content is part of your "Online Pass" and is a flyer accompanying your game manual (which has the Actual Game Registration code on back cover) Pre-Order Code should have been sent as an E-mail.

I would 'assume' Digital customers would receive all three codes (most likely in a single e-mail) or for Steam Purchases right-click game in library and select "View CD Key".

That does not however affect those persons who mistakenly were sent a non Signature Edition 'Online Pass' that sadly is an issue that would have to be pursued with the merchant who sold you the game.

On the download issue ....... if you cannot get a working download on a browser, try a different browser Opera for instance would not download for me but Firefox would

Did you try what   Seink  wrote a couple of posts above you? It worked for some people.

Reposting this in the hopes I get some answers:

I live in North America and I bought the Signature Edition for PC. I've manually downloaded EP, BE, SE but when I try and run it an error window pops up and says that it requires Dragon Age 2 to be installed. It is installed!

I've entered all my codes, and they show up in my registered game content. The Shield and belt transfered over fine but I can not install the DLCs. Please help Bioware!

I do live in North America so my computer is already set to this. Thanks for asking though! Also I have the SE on disc - I did not download the game.

Having the same issue. It's not a permissions problem and I'm already set to North American English. I bought the disk. I'm on Windows 7.

If it helps, I also tried running the installer while DA2 was running in the background. It told me to close it, then when I tried to run it, I was told there was no DA 2 installation. :)

I've tried running the installer from my downloads directory, my DA2 directory, and my programs directory, all with no luck.

EDIT: I just saw the sticky on this here: http://social.biowar.../index/6445619/

I "downloaded" all the extra stuff and DLC, installed it into the DA2 folder, and restarted Dragon Age II and it now shows up in my quest log. PHEW, thanks guys!

Only problem is when I started 'The Exiled Prince' I can't click whatsoever on the Chanter's Board to access whatever quest the Prince posted. Any others have this problem or know how to fix it?

--I'm using PC version--

UPDATE: If you can't click the chanter's board, there's a way to fix it with a little work from good ol' gamer you!
