My machine has Windows 7 x64 with the latest ATI software/drivers. Running two 5770s in crossfire with every setting at max, but the Graphical Detail which is at High. Directx 11 enabled. I get capped FPS.

Everything runs perfectly smooth. No errors pop up. However, every now and then the game switches from being full screen to  maximized window mode. It is rather annoying. 

Anyone with the same problem? any ideas? or is it a bug, Bioware?

It happens to me also. If I go to desktop and then back to game it will go back to full screen.

Seems to happen more often when I idle in-game. Wether paused or not. Perhaps something to do with the screensaver timer? I am going to turn it off and see what happens.

Alright, so far it hasn't happened with the screensaver disabled. If Bioware is reading, please make sure to apply a hotfix on the next patch.
