I pre-ordered and bought the PC version from Best Buy and recieved the DLC code that was inside the game, but all that has unlocked is the Emporim.  I should have recieved the sword, shield, and special Best Buy only amulet.  No one at Best Buy has any idea what is going on.  What do I need to do in order to access these items?

I'm in the same boat and I've e-mailed their customer service to see what's going on. However I rechecked their web site and it says this about the code - "Access codes will arrive via e-mail on or around release date."

In other words they probably just haven't sent them out yet. Hopefully they'll get around to it soon.

Подскажите как активировать броню Айзека в Dragon Age 2? Захожу под своей учетной записью в обе игры все работает но броня не активировалась! В чем может быть дело?
