I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. My camera angle gets locked into overhead view and I can't change it. When the game first starts up I have over the should view, but if I zoom out durring a battle for the overhead view, or after a cut scene, I can't get back to over the shoulder without getting out of the game and going back in.
What settings or controls do I need to check?

I seem to be having the same problem... I will let you know if I figure it out.
In the meantime, does anyone have any ideas?

Thank goodness it's not just me!
But I haven't been able to figure this out. And gotta say, it's a game breaking issue to me if I can't fix it.
*Hello Bioware*
*Hello ANYONE?*
I mean this should be a simple issue.....someone please help so we don't have to keep saving the game, and then exiting every 5 minutes.

Anyone out there that might be able to help? Like is it a mouse settings issue, a gam issue? Anyone else having this problem?

BioWare is aware of the issue. I have been in contact with them, but you know how BioWare is, they never finish anything they start. I am having the same problem and usually have to save the game and shut it down then restart it to get back to normal view. I suspect another patch is forthcoming

Weirdly, I decided to keep playing, and by the third day, I don't know WHAT happened, but my camera issue 'unlocked' and now I have free moving camera without it freezing in the liited overhead view.
Now on third playthrough and I haven't had the issue since the first ~20 hours of gameplay. I haven't downloaded the 1.01 patch.
