Ok I've looked everwhere I can think of. Where do I find the code and enter for hte online pass to get my free dlc? Thanks in advance for your help.

The code should be in your Dragon Age 2 box and you can redeem it by using your Xbox Marketplace "Redeem Code" button.

Was it on a separate p[piece of paper cause nothing here has a code on it. Less I'm suppose to find it in the manual.

The online pass and the codes for the DLC's are on a separate piece of paper in the box, but I did not get mine. I only received one slip and the booklet.

yeah i as well did not get a code in my xbox360 copy, but i did get a code with my PC copy.

My Signature Edition box only had the manual in it. What steps can we take to get the content we have paid for here?

Same here. No code. Just the manual and a promo slip telling me I can get Isaac's armor in DA2 if I buy Dead Space 2.

I didn't get an online pass either. I seem to have gotten everything else in the sig edition but theres no online pass sheet. Guess that means I can't get access to the Black Emporium?

You guys are missing one flyer. I got the regular (not pre-order) retail copy and it has two flyers and the manual. One flyer is the Dead Space one, and the other is the Dragon Age II online pass with code.

It seems like 10% of the people who got a Signature Edition did not get a second flyer. There five post dealing with this issue.

It was suggested in other threads to contact either live chat support or the email support and explain the issue. I did and was given a code for Black Emporium (although I've had to email back as that's all the code was for, leaving me without my Signature Edition stuff).

Yep. I just got the soundtrack and Exiled Prince codes from email customer support, and plenty speedy, too.

I got 2 flyers
1 with the signature edition bonus content and the exiled prince premium add-on content
but i cant seem to find anythin about the black emporium. Is something missing?

Same here. 2 flyers one for Exiled Prince (worked ok) one for signature edition (doesn't show up in unlockables).
No Black Emporium.

 erm, I've just turned the Exiled Prince flyer over and found the online pass. Now I feel like a berk.

Actually was on the back of exiled prince flyer. Dont I feel dumb...
