I don't see why or how this could happen, but I would very much like for my Staff of Parlathan to appear for my Ps3, instead of an Xbox360 (which I don't own). Could I receive help with this please?

All items register on all systems. That's how it worked for me anyway. On my entitlements page, every item I got through a promotion shows up for all 3 platforms.

I seem to have the same problem although my Staff item is only registered on PC/Xbox when I purchased DA2 for PS3.. I'm currently submitting a ticket to see what Support says.

I am having this problem too! I have this game for PS3, and for reason the staff is only there for 360 and PC.

Same problem here. Registered it and it's only showing up for PC/Mac and 360, which is strange since I have a PS3. Everything else registered just fine from the looks of things. Just that one item.

I, too, am experiencing the very same issue. Shows up for the 360 and PC, but not for the PS3 which is the version I bought.

Hello,

A quick solution to this issue is to re-do the registration page. This should unlock the staff properly for you on PS3.
