I'm very disappointed and really hope that I do not have to wait as long as I did after getting Origins to actually play this game.
I see some people saying, "Oh well, I'll just grit my teeth and bare but I'm not sure I'll replay". Thing is, I'm a bit of a completionist/perfectionist so it infuriates me when I know I'm not playing a game as intended.
People shouldn't have to 'put up with' broken products. It makes it sort of insulting that there is content in there you have to buy if you don't get the game new (Black Emporium, I think) to discourage people buying it secondhand.
I'm not entirely sure where the fault lies; Bioware or EA. I'm definitely no expert but it seems astonishing that games can be brought out nowadays with so many flaws. I mean, were there not a lot of testers?
I applaud those in here who are not doing the whole 'willy sucking fanboy' routine. I do appreciate the work that Bioware have put in to this, however that does not mean I have to think it's adequate when it certainly does not feel that way.
As for not keeping us updated in detail on patching, I understand the reasons I've read yet I still think that extended silence and then a slightly condescending notelet is not the way to gain the confidence of your consumer/fan base.
I had truly thought that perhaps the whole bugfest of Origins and Awakening would not repeat itself. I will continue to hope this is just a minor speed bump.
On last thing: Oh by God, does the fact that the PC gamers had many fixes to DA:O problems gripe me! I get that it's easier for them and all, but gah!
The only thing I am really disappointed in is the fact that the PC version of DA2 gets their patches quickly while the xbox users are sat waiting in the dark. We don't even have a ETA for the patch release nor do we even have a hope for if a patch for most of these glitches will be released.
This thread wasn't even created by a Bioware representitive, it was made by a user of this site who was clearly too annoyed to let this go unanswered.

Would BBB be the correct agency to handle consumer claims like this? Or would the issue be too complex for them to understand?
You're thinking about talking to the Better Business Bureau?
Even I think that is a step too far, too fast...

Best of luck to our worthy opponents at Mojang. Independent developers have always helped to foster and drive creativity and innovation in our industry. We have a lot of Minecraft fans here at BioWare -- two of our employees even got engaged in the game! May the best studio win!
You can vote in the finals HERE"
How about you provide some customer support and fix the game before asking for us to support you in some sort of popularity contest. By the way you DON'T have my vote!!

are you serious?!! what is wrong with you bioware?
you just came out with a major game that is glitched to the terminus systems, that many people want fixed for weeks now without even a "we're on it" and you want us to vote in a popularity pole!!
a few things wrong
1) priorities
2)timing
3)ignoring duties
you do not release a game you publicized everywhere then when people complain that it needs fixed just ignore it and hope it goes away cause we won't .

I'm aware of who posted this.
Also, there is a sticky for the patch now.

PC got the patch today? Anyone have the list of fixes?
Did they seriously get it today? I don't remember reading a single thing about it.

Does anyone think we will get the patch tomorrow since pc users already have the patch. Which actually sucks cause console users still don't have it.
Where does it say that they have the patch? I don't see anything.

BioWare you have had 5 weeks to fix this game and not only have you not fixed it you have said that you cant say what or when it will be fixed. Everyone of us here paid full price for a game that could arguably be classified as a beta version, not a finished product. I have been a customer of yours for several years now and i have to say that this is the first time that i am truly disgusted by my experience with you. Fix the game Don't fix it I just don't care any more.
Goodbye
You've said this in like three other threads. Seriously enough. You don't need to copy paste that same exact thing in multiple threads. People like me actually check quite a bunch of them and honestly this kind of thing is just annoying.
If you truly didn't care anymore you wouldn't have posted this so many freaking times. You would have said it once and would have truly been done with it.
I'm all for people saying what they want to say but come on!

What's the point of storming out if nobody hears you slam the door?
