Ok, I'm at Gamlen's house and two things:

1.) I cannot access the "Special Deliveries Box" for the DLC
         I have accessed it prior but I saved, logged out, then could not when I came back
   
2.) I cannot chose Aveline in the party selection area.
         I cannot move the selector to her

was told to stick to tech issues, but I'll keep this in case others experience it

I loaded a previous save where I haven't emptied my stash in that SD Box. I got all the DLC I have.

Problem with Aveline though still persists
