All game audio is extremely quite.
I have an Astro Mix Amp which is turned up to max as well as my PCs audio and ingame is all at 10.
Then ontop of having to max everything out just to hear it at a normal level, all dialog is so quiet I can't hear people talking half the time. I've tried turning music and general sound down as low as 5 but it doesn't seem to do anything.

No, the sound card doesn't have any new drivers though.
I'm using a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Series sound card. I'm going optical out to the MixAmp, to my speakers.
