Look under 'Profile' and click 'Your Registered Game Content'. It should be listed at the top. Click 'More Info' on the download column and there should/is a download link in the pop-up.

At first glance I didn't see the soundtrack either but it appears further down the list of additional download content.

Look for the soundtrack to be grouped with the PC stuff, not the PS3. That's what I had to do

Thanks for the information. However, the only format available for download is .wav files. Being a Mac user this means that I'll have to convert the files and they'll no doubt be low quality with no composer/album art in itunes. Irritating.
Any chance that Bioware could put up an MP3 download? It's much more universal, and would let Mac users like myself enjoy the music as it should be.

Same problem here. I've redeemed the code and it's nowhere in my list of unlocked content. I've checked the entire list.

when you register your code for the soundtrack on Bioware, Just go to you registered game items UNDER PC/MAC and you'll see DA2 Soundtrack. Click on more and download

That's the point. It isn't anywhere in the list of registered items. We know it's a PC/MAC item, but it's nowhere in the list of registered items.
