So if you bought Dead Space 2 from digital download (like me), you didn't get a code to register here for the Ser Isaac armor.

Well I just went to EA live chat:

And told the guy that I had bought Dead Space 2 on PC but I never got a code for armor, and he just put it into my promotions

Make sure both games are registered and stuff.
