anyone can look through my achievements with my xbox live gamer tag online and check ive actually purchased those games since day one and beaten the main game and most of the DLC's.

No one can register ME1 on this website and I had no desire to bring DA:O with me to university. Only brought ME2 with me for the future DLC's.

Well ok, but still..... it´s not only you.

It´s literally every OP in every thread of this kind ever made (at least those I have seen) and not only now but with Awakenings too........

I highly doubt all thread-creators on this forum play on XBox and can´t register Dragon Age on account of being to university:innocent:

both mass effect games so far are great. both in their own special way. i love them both equally

in fact me2 felt like a continuation of a great story - a real 2nd act in a big epos (the 2nd act is usually about gathering forces). despite the losses (exploration, random chater, citadel ect.) the game still felt like playing mass effect. some elements were improved, some deproved but both games have their own charm. i hope we will be able to custimise the chars a bit more in me2 though - as long, as we dont fall back into the inventory mess we had in me1. they should take the best out of both worlds in me3 combined.

da2 has some big issues. at first, the game does not feel like da anymore. the style changed completely - and not for the better. hawke is an "ak" as german comedian michal mittermeier would call him/her (in short - i dont like hawke a bit). his companions are nothing better and the story/setting have more flaws than 10 me2-games combined. in short, they f**** the lore even more, than blizzard did with warcraft - respect!

as long, als the dev walks his talk, i´m fine.

if me3 becomes an amalgam of the good parts of 1&2, we will see an outstanding game!

Agreed only I fear it´s more likely going to combine the weaknesses of both....

pretty sure if we clicked on people like you in this topic, they will just be posting in these exact same topics making the same accusations, all to try and protect their beloved ME2. Thomson Family I think you are the one who has probably posted more than anyone in this topic. In fact, it seems to me, people who are actually hesitant about ME3 mostly create 1-2 posts here, while its the same people like you continuously return back to this topic trying to discredit us.

Why guess? Look up the numbers and post it -- unless you're just all hat and no cattle, cowboy.

EDITED P.S.

OK. I did it myself. Spacedesperado has posted 10 times in the last two days. Five of those replies have been to this thread.

I, on the other hand, have posted on this thread twice in my last 10 replies -- and eight times on threads on unrealted topics. I've also posted more in the last five hours that TSD has in two days -- because I have something else to say besides "I don't like ME2."

Don't take my word for it. Click yourself.

And he says all we do is try and discredit "them" To me, SpaceDesperado is someone who cannot stand anyone having a differing opinion, and if they voice it is being rude or discrediting...Then when the cycle continues and someone does get annoyed and says something that could be classed as rude, SD gets all passive aggressive

Finally, said person apologises to SD for a rude comment or two only to get a BS reply denying the attempts at reconciliation as how could SD ever make up with someone who has a different opinion? SD can't, as SD is always, totally, 100% correct.

No you're not. The rest of us are over at the "What is Arrival" thread.

Click on the avatars in the replies to this thread. It'll show you:

1. how many times the same people are posting on the same threads
2. how often they are posting on threads with the same argument
3. How little they post on anything else.

@Thompson Family - Wait to prove me wrong, as well as not showing any bias in presenting your "research"[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/angry.png[/smilie]
I don't even know if this attempt at discrediting the truth actually proves anything about any of us.

@CoolioThane- I don't even know why you are lieing about me, when I can post the PM conversation we had, with me giving you the EXACT reason I didn't accept your useless apology:
CT- Dude, sorry if I have come across as a bit of a douche. I honestly didn't mean for it to seem like that, and I would like to apologise if I have been rude.

SD - don't even bother that university line was way out of hand, even if i could overlook all the other continuous unprovoking negative comments you try to spread throughout the topic. If i had any respect for u its completely gone

CT - Aha, it was just a bit of banter...out of hand fair enough. Shame you won't accept the apology...just shows the better man I guess.

I don't dislike or oppose people who think ME2 is better, I am just here to debate their opinions. This is why topics like these get created. i am not the one name calling people over and over again.

Excuse me, I have pointed out several times that this "unprovoked" abuse I seem to be giving you is down to the fact you cannot accept people having different opinions. You are having a go at Thomson Family now aswell because he is not agreeing with you...

The reason you give for not accepting my apology is bollocks, as I can say the same **** about you, and how I have overlooked all your snide crap and been the bigger man in apologising...But in your eyes I guess you like to play the victim and so you would assume that whenever anyone is going against what you say you take it as a personal attack.

GTFO

PS . You mention Thomson trying to Discredit the truth...is the truth your opinion on how ME2 is crap compared to ME1? Because shirley opinion is just that and not the truth...

I can't believe you're not even able to understand the conversation Thompson and I are having...

PS it has nothing to do with which game we think is better.

Grow up little kiddy and stop posting in this topic with an opinionated and irrevelant arguement people don't care about..

Atleast Thompson Family is contributing to this topic, even if it is for only half the time ;)

Hopefully Chud will decide the Mass Effect fans really want multiplayer, and they'll incorporate a co-op mode. I mean it seems like ME2 and DA2 especially have been science projects for testing gameplay/story mechanics for TOR anyways, might as well test the multiplayer part right?

I love ME2 and DA2, but DA2 does feel rushed, so......... I'm a bit worried as ME is my favorite series this gen.

Not at all. I enjoyed ME1 as I have enjoyed every Bioware game I have ever played. I'm playing ME2 now, haven't finished it yet (in fact I haven't even gone through the Omega 4 relay, I just got out of the collector ship).

Impressions so far: there is no great, charismatic and highly visible enemy this time, so the story obviously is not being so epic -and straightforward- as ME1's. Instead, we see a silent, darker threat: the red "eye" of the Omega 4 relay. The whole game is grimmer. Instead of the pristine Citadel, we have the hellish Omega. Instead of a council and alliance agent, you're a cerberus agent. We're looking at things from the other side. So far I'm enjoying it, too.

DA2 employee posts metacritic review.
"Anything negative you’ll see about this game is an overreaction of personal preference."
LOL that hilarious review/opinion sounds awfully familiar...

I honestly loved both ME1 and ME2. ME1 had a great story and ME2 had a decent story, but a much better combat system. You guys havent even seen GAMEPLAY of ME3 yet and you are already judging the game based off of what you dont like from DA2. Be patient, guys!
