I bought the Signature Edition of the game and went to redeem my codes for my various promotions and all of them worked, except for the Signature Edition one. I entered the code but I don't have any of the exclusive signature edition items showing up as registered promos nor do I have an option to download the soundtrack.

Figured I might have screwed up so I tried again but now it just says the code has already been used and can't be used again. Is this just a matter of having to wait for the servers to update or is it time to be concerned?

This happened to me too. I've submitted a ticket at support.ea.com, but this isn't the only issue I have either. We'll see how long it takes for them to resolve...

Edit: Whoops! It's listed as "Signature Edition Rewards" so it *is* attached to my profile, I was just looking for the individual item names instead of the blanket title. The soundtrack is only listed under PC, but it's there ("Dragon Age II Soundtrack - Signature Edition." Perhaps that helps you?

I, too, am having the same problem. I contacted the EA Technical Support. Hopefully they'll get back to me???

I registered the Signature Edition code, however, under unlockables they do not appear. Where will these items appear? In game??

My items didn't show up for me until I went to the "Downloadable Content" menu. I received a message that new DLC was detected and I was returned to the starting screen. After that they showed up in my "Extras" menu. Hope that works for you folks too.

Well you are all lucky. My Black Emporium Code and Exiled Prince Promo Codes don't work. 1 hour later I am still on phone with tech suport and been on hold for Tier 2 help 20 minutes and still waiting.

I input the signature edition code and it shows up in my profile but when i go on my xbox they dont show up on the extras section? someone have the solution for this yet!

not sure if this helps. but if you go to the options menu and then you go to the account menu. When i click on the customer support information it has the exiled prince dlc, the black emporium and the signature edition stuff in there. its just not located in the extras menu... i would like an answer please

I'm in the same boat as I do not have the 5 sig ed items. Signature edition rewards shows up under my registered game content on the website but nothing is showing up under the extras section of the in game menu. All the rest of the bonus content I should have from completing the demo, playing DA Legends, and both Black Emp and Exiled Prince are good. Any body hear back from EA on these issues?

Ginzy, do all of the items show up in your Unlockables menu? Like the Adder of Antiva, Might of the Sten, etc.? Because I did finally get the updated content message, however those items still do NOT show up in my Unlockables menu...this is getting frustrating.

I have already done all that and my signature bonus' still wont show up. The stuff in the extras has nothing to do with the signature items. For me the Black Emporium works but is not registered on my content page, nor is the digital soundtrack or The Exiled Prince. The Exiled Prince also does not work in game.
    This is extremely irritating. Im tired of games have these issues. We payed for a product and I want what I payed for.

Check your journal - there appears to be a quest under Premium Content called "Signature Edition Rewards" and it says to "Escape Ferelden and find a new home". Perhaps Zany4 is right and they will all appear in the chest?

I'm pretty sure we had similar issues with Origins when it was first released, along with most of the DLC...<_<

I picked up my signature edition today and it only had the online pass code and no pre-order bonuses within. I'm pretty bummed considering I pre-ordered this game in November but I heard ea live assistance can get you the keys if anyone else has the same problem

You're right! Problems solved. All of the items are at Uncle's house in the Special Delivery chest.
