The two DLC items you get with the pre order from gamestop, aren't showing up on my account. I've enetered in my promo code and registered my game and nothing. Doesn't even show in my registered game content. When I try to enter in the code a second, It says It's already been used. Of course. Anyone else having this same issue? <_<

I've done all of that. Registered my games, entered promo code, signed up for the news letter and I'm still missing certain items. Not sure what to do at this point.

I'm having a similar problem. I redeemed my code for the sword and shield and they showed up on my redeemed code list but now when i go back to my list they aren't on it anymore and I can't find out why. All of my other redeemed code stuff is on it still.

Best Buy didn't give any codes and said we'd be getting e-mails directly from EA today sometime. So when are they sending out those codes?

Best Buy also had the amulets.

I am seeing you have entitlements for Fadeshear/Lion of Orlais (which I am assuming are the items you are trying to unlock). Try checking your registered promotions list again and/or try playing the game again and make sure you are logged in with your EA account.

I'am having the same problem, the items show up in http://dragonage.bio...fo/bonus_items/ but are not showing up in game, I am logged into the dragon age servers and have tried restarting the game, still not showing up.

I picked up my game that I preordered on sunday, but I didn't receive any codes for the sword and shield. anyone have the same problem? and how did you fix it if you did?

I preordered through Amazon; everything I was expecting BUT Fadeshear/Lion of Orlais shows up in my Registered Items list. Amazon gave me no codes and the only thing in the box was the Black Emporium.
