I got retail version from Amazon (great shipping) and entered my code for my items. It came up on a page showing all of the items that got unlocked like the Exiled prince, soundtrack, black emporium, etc. Then when i go to my registered game content it is not showing up. Where did it go? I would love to have this downloaded and figured out by tonight when I plan on playing it. Thanks

Lucky you, my codes wont even work and I contacted cust service and the guy was comepletly not listening to me and unhelpful to the point I filed a complaint on him.

And still my game codes wont work.

I got the signature edition on the EA Store on january and I dont have a single code for the bonus content.. T_T

I have the same problem as jackjery56, I picked up my Signature Edition of DA2 from Gamestop, entered my codes, and nothing about the Exiled Prince or Black Emporium shows up in the page "Your registered game content". Everything else went pretty smoothly, except those 2 items not being able to be downloaded or viewed.

Did you go to Extras then Unlockables to see if they are listed in there? Also if you haven't already you can go to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and download the addons.

For me at least, that is the problem. They literally aren't there. I know I typed in the code right, didn't get any errors. All my other content is there except the Exiled Prince and Black Emporium.

I have a similiar problem as LostJ. I pre-ordered my signature addition from Impulse. Only code I received was for game alone. No code to get Exiled Prince or Black Emporium.

For Digital Downloads at least, EA sent an email stating that the codes would arrive in a separate email.
At what time though, who knows...

There should be a flier in the box with a code on it..... There was no flier in the box?

I'm having the same issue, entered my codes and nothing shows... well it shows I can buy them for the retail price but isn't allowing me to download after I entered my codes.

This is probably the 4th or 5th post I stuck my nose in.

The problem I have and some others have is for the Digital Download version. An email was sent saying another one will be sent with the OTHER code to unlock everything else (the first email just unlocked the game).

I'm getting the error message "No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered." when I try entering my signature edition code. When I check my registered promotions they aren't there. Hopefully it hasn't been used up.

Yes I have checked my registered game content page but none of the items were there not even the black emporium. What confuses me is that right after I put my codes in it went to a page saying everything was unlocked

Update: Just tried my Signature Edition code and Gamestop preorder code again and both were successful. The content is now showing on my redeemed promotions page.

At least for me that is not the problem. I got a physical copy from amazon instead of the digital downed so I have a paper with the codes on it.
