The GameStop at the maine mall has about 10 PC, 15 360 and 15 PS3 copies extra for sale. I was able to upgrade my copy when I picked up my pre-order (guy broke the case flopping it on the counter >.<) So if you live in the area, hurry on over there. They'll print extra sword/shield codes as well if you ask.
But anyways, if you missed out on the pre-order you might try your local GameStop, also cduniverse.com has extra SE copies for regular sale.
