@nathan no, once the code is redeemed you can download content as many times as you like.

Yeah, left work early and everything to get to playing and I find this error 80023103 message hampering my fun. Whats the fix? Whats the word on who needs to do what? That Region reply from the devs was not a help.

I honestly think it's because the PS store hasn't caught up to the release yet. I don't think it's a Bioware or EA problem.

I actually am now able to download them. Instead of going into the Playstation Store, I just signed onto my PSN account, and then went to account management, and redeemed the code from there, and am currently downloading the content (although it may just be that PSN has updated).

I was having the same problem as everyone else but it finally just went through for me after 45 minutes of trying. Perhaps PSN finally updated.

Yup, did just that and i did update my credit card and still nothing, tried doing it through store, through the game, back to account management, still same error. Am i the last to get this psn store to work and be updated because i am a miami heat fan?

I'm still trying myself. I can see what I'm supposed to be getting and it finally asks me to confirm the transaction (for the code) and then I see error 80023102... mocking me...

i just thought of something.  PSn will be down for maintenance all day tomorrow...my day off which i was going to have dedicated to diving into DA2.

God hates me, that's what it is.
