I keep getting errors when trying to download Black Emporium from the PSN. The code redeemed just fine, but when I click to actually download it, after I agree to the Terms of Service, it hangs for a few seconds and then I get "An error has occured (80023102). Anyone know what's going on?
My game is just a regular Region 1 (not signature) and it's a US PSN account...

Yup, same problem here. It won't let me log into the dragon age II help either. It just keeps timing out. I should imagine everyone is trying to log in and get this fixed, as it seems it is happening to a lot of people.

For people getting that particular error.....didn't Sony say PSN would be down for a while today for service? You'll be able to log in, but I don't think you'll be able to use the store or play online games until it's back up.....probably when the store updates. Lucky for me I got the game at midnight and downloaded all the stuff right after I got home.

Says Wednesday on Playstation Network website....I HOPE the code still lets me redeem the items later today after the PSN Store update (usually happens about 3 hours from now at 7pm eastern).
Anyone having the error should wait about 3 hours and try again. Also if this helps anyone (didn't help me) check your account on the playstation network website and see if your credit card has X's through it. If it does, re type it all in and see what happens.

Now my error has changed... I have redeemed my codes but it will not download the dlc and the code I'm getting now is 80029701.

tl;dr version: check your billing info on your PSN account, mine was an old credit card I don't use anymore and had been expired, I deleted it and was able to download Black Emporium just fine.

Just throwing this out there but the code worked for me now. Maybe the store was updated or Jesus fixed it but it only took one try.

Not working for me either and I've been trying for over three hours to get this to work. I can download other stuff from the psn store with no problem so I'd like to know whose fault this is?
Sony, BioWare, and EA have had months to prepare for a launch day blitz...so why didn't they? They had to know how many people pre-ordered this game and to expect even more people would buy it without a pre-order so there is no excuse. I know this is free content, but buying the game wasn't.
Bottom line here...people shouldn't be wasting all their time just trying to download content they're entitled to.

The error isn't connected to credit card or billing information only. I've been using psn for over a year without even having billing information on file. I'm still getting the error code no matter what I try.

Wow....what utter and total bull****! Now I'm getting this error code, 80023156. The explanation for this code on sony's site is an exceeded validation limit. It says I now have to wait 24 hours to try again....it's a really good thing I got this game on it's release day. I didn't even know I could get screwed over for putting in a code correctly but it doesn't work because of a problem on sonys or the game publishers side of things.
I will not be buying any EA or BioWare game on release day again. I also wont be pre-ordering any more special editions of the game since I don't even know if I can even use the download-able content for it. I'd like to say I'll never buy a game from them again but since EA owns everyone I doubt that's possible. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any down-loadable content for any game.
Sony, EA, and BioWare, nice job screwing over someone that supported your games and business.
For everyone else, be careful how many times you try and redeem your code.

Yeah I totally don't get it. I checked and credit card and billing info all correct. Was able to purchase, download and install the exiled prince dlc but still can't redeem Online Pass/Black Age Emporium code that came with my pre-ordered game. Been trying every hour for the last 7 hours. Arg. :/
