From the description:
"Who can see this project?
These settings do not affect project visibility for an associated group. These settings will only apply for project visibility on your profile."

However, setting this to "only me" prevented other group members from seeing this under the group's projects page.  Setting this back to normal it reappears for other group members.  I have repeated this process several times.  Am I just being dense or is this not doing what it saus on the tin?

This is actually quite an important subject. If privacy settings for projects aren't working properly then things could get messy.

I can't see that project Jazzy. I don't even get a screen that says "You don't have access" ... it just goes directly to the social site home page.



Hopefully this feedback helps you with what you are trying to figure out.

Well, I set it back to private because I don't want random people downloading my music.

Edit:  Well, not yet, anyway.
