 I know there are already a few crash threads but since I'm not a tech wizard I dont know if any of them are relevent to the problem I'm experiencing.

The cutscenes are a tad jerky but otherwise they are fine. My problem is when I start combat. I couldnt get past the first battle in the game without it crashing. I tried restarting a few times and rebooted my computer and it's still happening.  I ran the demo just fine but for some reason DA2 wont work. 

I have a HP Pavillion dv5 and run Windows Vista x65 bit. My diagnostic tells me zip and frankly for someone who was psyched a little while ago I am now extremely frustrated. 

Has anyone come up with a solution yet?
