Anyone have a fix to this issue?

As far as I know loging on to the servers is the only way to unlock any bonus content (items, etc) that you can't simply download by going to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php (basically everything other than the Black Emporiom).

Haven't been able to logon since the game unlocked.

Typically these types of problems are due to your connection being blocked client side or somewhere en-route and not reaching us at all.

For those experiencing the issue, please attempt to telnet directly to the following IP/ports:

Redirector: 159.153.235.22 port 42124

DA2 PC slaves:
74.205.9.215 port: 15013
74.205.9.216 port: 15101
74.205.9.222 port: 15201
74.205.9.223 port: 15301
74.205.9.224 port: 15401
74.205.9.225 port: 15501

If you encounter problems pinging any of above, could you then perform a traceroute (from Windows, the command would be: tracert i.e. “tracert 159.153.235.22”) and post the results to this thread.

That should help us identify where the problem is. Thanks!

Quick question for people experiencing this issue - are you on Steam? EAStore? Another digital provider? Retail discs?

Hi Aterna - your issue sounds like something different. I've logged your issue and suggest that you contact Customer Support. In the meantime, however, I'm going to ask that you start another thread for your issue (I believe I remember seeing one you already started).

Okay, so no pattern to digital/physical versions and where you bought it. What about Windows 7 x64? Is there a pattern there?

Thanks everyone. I've added the Windows 7, 64-bit info to the bug. I'm packing it in for the night but there'll be people looking at this in about 8 hours or so.
