Can't stay logged on for more than a minute at a time, so can't seem to edit my previous post to make it more readable. Hope it helps all the same, I'm done trying. This is horrible.

Yeah, the forum keeps logging me out for some reason.

Also, I had no problems pinging any of the addresses, but here's the tracert anyway.

It's unlikely to be this sort of issue, though, at least for me. I can walk twenty feet over to where my wife's computer is and without fail, every time, she can log in without a problem. Same router, same ISP, everything, but she can log in and I can't. I can't even get the login screen to come up, as soon as I click Log In it pops up telling me the servers are unavailable regardless of what changes I make.

Also Ive tried two different ISP's, so its clearly not an internet problem or router problem (one of my cables is from router, other one is direct connection to internet). So basically something blocks the game, maybe something on my computer, but since I have no firewall or AV then it must be the game messed up itself. I think Bioware should start thinking of fixing this ASAP

Just curious, have you tried login from her computer just to see if it would work?

I have a copy I bought at Gamestop and keep getting wrong email or password when trying to activate the game. I have logged into my EA account and changed password 3 times, registered the game plus the bonus codes, and still can not activate the game.

Hi Aterna - your issue sounds like something different. I've logged your issue and suggest that you contact Customer Support. In the meantime, however, I'm going to ask that you start another thread for your issue (I believe I remember seeing one you already started).

Okay, so no pattern to digital/physical versions and where you bought it. What about Windows 7 x64? Is there a pattern there?

Thanks for your patience and help on this, guys.

I could ping all the ips and the example traceroute but when I tried to traceroute the last IP something would go wrong. I'm fail at anything that doesn't have an user interface so I couldn't even copy the text here, but here's a screenshot:

I hope it helps

EDIT: forgot to add my specs. Amazon physical copy, windows 7 64
