Ok here's my problem. I have an old Bioware Social Network account with an old email address I don't use anymore. Without realizing it Ioaded several passwords for Dragon Age 2 content under newer account. Now when I try to update my newer account by adding in my gamertag it says this gamertag is already in use. Whenever I put in a EA game now it loads up the account with the old email, I can't access the codes that I entered under the newer account. My newer account is not linked to my gamer tag. How am I soupposed to change it EA? There's no option anywhere to fix anything. What complete trainwreck this is.

I called customer service and the guy told me download NHL 11 and it would give me the option to update my info. I downloaded said demo at 1.6 gig taking around 20-25 min to download. It gave me the option to change / update my info which I did. Then it gave me an hour glass when I hit ok and I don't think it updated my info. I loaded up Dragon Age 2 and it still pulled in the old account with the old email. I'm so mad at having to deal with this convoluted mess it makes me to never want to buy another EA game ever again!

Next thing you know they will ask you to download the Madden or FIFA demo. ;)

Have you gone to your EA Profile page to see what persona's are linked to which account:

Ok I went to my EA profile and my gamertag is linked to my old email. Can I simply update it with my new email, problem solved?
