I cannot seem to get these to work. I was assured by the person who checked me out at best buy that the code was somewhere on my recipt. I've tried every string of numbers i have found so far and nothing seems to be working. Anyone else having this problem?

I ordered (and just picked up) from best buy online as well. No code was printed on my pick-up receipt...but I was under the assumption that best buy would be e-mailing the codes...so it's just a waiting game now. I have no idea this place takes to e-mail codes as this was my first time pre-ordering from them.

Are you referring to the Amulet of Ashes or other items?

I pre-ordered at a retail Best Buy and picked my copy up at store open (10am). There are no codes on the receipt for the Amulet of Ashes, Fadeshear, or Lion of Orlais. Out of desperation I tried every numerical sequence from my receipt in the Bioware Promo Code page.
EDIT Just checked no emails from BB either.

I think we are all referring to the Amulet of Ashes, Fadeshear sword , and Lion of Orlais shield that was a part of Best Buy's pre-order offer.

Yep. I also pre-ordered at the retail Best Buy store. Picked up my copy at 9:30am this morning. Nothing on the receipt. No emails.

Add to the list of the Best Buy preorders.
I called BB's customer service and the person said EA would be e-mailing the codes to us directly later today. Seems odd Best Buy would share e-mail addresses but I guess no problem sharing with EA/Bioware since it's the same address they have already.
But did the CS person know what she was talking about? She seemed like it as soon as I said DA 2, she asked if I was calling about the codes and I said yep and then she said they will be e-mailed out. So apparently BB's CS got a lot of calls today about this.
And, Will, referring to all of them.

The BB CS person I talked with never mentioned EA. The BB store I pre-ordered from made it sound as if the item code email was keying off my RewardZone information (i.e. the email assoc. with that account). Not sure who to believe at this point. Ugh.

My rewardzone is associated with another e-mail account than the one that got all the confirmation e-mails for my order. That e-mail that got the confirms is also the one EA has on file with me. So checked my RZ registered e-mail and nothing there either.

Yep, still no email with my codes for the preorder bonuses. >=(

i didn't even use my reward zone, with my purchase so i wouldnt expect they would use the RZ to issue codes. Either Way I dont have a code!!

Best Buy had no record of any Signature Edition, though I swear the site mentioned it in December when I pre-ordered. Would have been nice to get the game soundtrack. I'm assuming I can get the rest either now or soon as DLCs. Bummer, but not the end of the world, still have the game in-hand.

Not a single person I can find on the vastness of the internet has gotten their codes yet. On a receipt OR in an email. It's...really terrible organization on BB's part. How hard was it to Gamestop-it and print a code? C'mon.

Sad to see that there were no codes printed on my receipt but happy to see that I wasn't the only one.

Same, the BB employees had no idea there were even supposed to be any codes for pre-orders. I remember the sales person took my email when I pre-ordered, however that might be standard practice...
On a side note, will the bonuses be for Best Buy Canada as well? Or was this just a promotion for the US stores? Either way, this is lame...

Same here. Grabbed this off of Best Buy's website:
"Order Dragon Age II for Xbox 360. PS3, or PC, and get codes to download a free in-game sword, shield, and Best Buy exclusive amulet"
and...
"Access codes will arrive via e-mail on or around release date. Customers who have already ordered the limited Bioware edition of the game will also receive these codes."
So obviously they should be mailed.. Question is, why haven't they gone out yet? Very disappointing.

Where is our code?

Yeah, where indeed. EA/Bioware should get in touch with Best Buy and see what's going on because their CS is just not going to help each individual caller and tell them anything to get them off the phone. I got another answer on my last call but won't repeat it but it was obvious trying to keep his call time down. I asked at least to confirm looking at my order and he wouldn't even take the order number to look it up.

There's a thread about issues with Best Buy preordering Dragon Age 2 on their own site as well as one on Xbox Live site.
EA/Bioware, get in touch with Best Buy who is screwed up or you guys screwed up.
