I recently purchased the Bioware Signature Edition of Dragon Age 2 and much to my surprise no codes for any bonus items or online pass or anything was in the box. Just the manual. I feel cheated. I preordered early so that i could be sure to recieve those items. I am asking you bioware, what can be done to remedy this? I already paid full retail price for the game I shouldn't have to buy the content that was supposed to come free with my original purchase.
If anyone else has run into this issue, please speak up!

I've had the same issue!! I've been running around the internet trying to find the the solution to this. I'm putting in a request now, if you get a response could you post it here so I can know what to do?

I went onto EA Live Chat and spoke with a representative. If you explain your issue to them, they'll give you the online pass. Hope this helps!!

Welp, went to the EA live chat and got it all sorted out. Got my Black Emporium, Exiled Prince, and Signature Edition bonus codes! Thanks EA customer service!
