TL;DR - We were promised the option to just set a toggle so we didn't have to hit A over and over for no real useful or fun reason.  Where did it go?

During one of the last review videos of DA2, one of the devs said there would be an option in the interface to allow you to just set A to toggle autoattacks - instead of having to hit the button over and over.  Perhaps I've been missing it, but what happened to that option?  =/  There is nothing whatsoever fun about mashing a button over and over when it doesn't actually do anything other then base autoattacks...
