[WTFEA]

I'm so frustrated right now.  I pre-ordered the game, arrived here today 3/8.  Inside was NO information on how to redeem for Fadeshear or The Lion of Orlais.  I called Gamestop since thats who I ordered through.  They said EA gave them instructions for PS3 users (because appearantley they wanted to make this difficult for PS3 and not XBox or PC users) to come to this website, create an account and go to profile.  And thats it, thats all the instructions.  I've now talked with 3 different people in customer support at Gamestop.  Really EA, really?  WTF is that.  Just send a god damn code or provide GOOD instructions on what to do when you come to this nonsense website. 

Also, in the game box there was an activation code for the Black Emporium and a Mabari Warhound.... yeah, every time I try to redeem that it just pops up some error message. 

Then I figured I'd try to navigate this site and I find where you can register your copy of DA2 under "my games" using the UPC code... yep, another F-ing error with that.  Seriously, this is the worst pre-order experience I've ever had.  I'm tempted to just return the game now and not bother with anymore EA nonsense. 

Maybe somebody can help direct me on how to resolve these issues and by then I'll be cooled off over this junk of a mess EA made for PS3 users.
