At first it didn't work for me either. I reloaded a couple of times and then it loaded. However, at the moment they're only repeating trailers for another half hour.

How can you have lost? The stream says join us @ 2PM GMT for the first elimination. So, up until then every team should be in.

I tuned in for 1 minute...
It was sad entertainment.
I'm sorry, but i'd prefer to play the game myself rather then watch some random dudes competing for damage.
You arn't missing out on any fun. That's what i'm saying :-)

Team USA is horrible. . . Almost as bad as the stream, I watched it live for a few minutes, clicked off- now I cannot reconnect. Seriously, Gamespot seems to be able to manage live streams, why can't EA for a single competition?

Well you are not really missing that much and probably gaining in the fact you are not spoiling yourself on the game.

Well at least you got a team for this competition! Scandinavians, Italians, Germans or everyone else outside of Europe and Northamerica couldn´t even participate.

what is elimination? how does it work?

Posté 28 octobre 2009 - 03:27
4 teams with lowest score were to inflict the most damage to a monster during a period of time playing Xbox360 version of the game (the competition itself is on PC). the team with lowest damage inflicted is eliminated.

Why is the US group sooooo far behind? What happened? The CR/S team must have been eliminated for some other reason. Hope it's not something stupid like swearing....

Someone said USA Teams computer crashed but that definately doesn't give an excuse for THAT much gap. Since they are all female I'd say they are enjoying chatting and other factors in the game than fighting.

the Bioware dudes commenting on it were suggesting:
a) all girl team, which then turned to a joke for obvious reasons
jet-lag!
c) ...
either way as someone said, the eliminated team/s will at least have time to spend with the lovely hostesses present there. screw the game, screw the competition, screw national pride .. me want some luving!
