Since my registered dlc is in another account, I was wondering if the unlockables in the game are dlc that can be used in any account or are they only useable in that account? Thanks for any responses:)

I also have a somewhat similar question regarding DLC registered to one account. If I have multiple profiles on my PS3 but all of the content is registered under my profile then do other users on my console have to play using my profile to get/use DLC.
Previosly, all of my DLC was available to all users on the console. Is this no longer the case?
