Anyone else having issues with installing DA 2 from the PC Disk itself? Not quite sure whats wrong with mine. Seems to have trouble with a specific file and the installation fails.

I do not have that problem. Does your DVD look damaged? like a scratch or something.

I'm having the same problem and my disc is not physically damage. It would seem that the the wwisestreams_core.erf file is corrupted. I confirmed this by making an iso of the file and attempting to install it. It fails at 91.8% progress when installing that specific file on both the iso and the physical disk. If that's the case then wow...
Edit: Also I picked up the game in Ontario, Canada if that helps. It could be that a certain batch of disks have this problem.

might have to try that - bought two copies (one for me and one for wife). Mine hung up at wwisestreams_core.erf too, will see if her disc installs fine.
