Does that option work as an 'and' ? for example, imagine I have the following tactics:

1. Enemy: Clustered with at least two enemies > Use current condition for next tactic
2. Enemy: Attacking Bethany > Miasmic Flask

Would it use Miasmic Flask if there are at least two enemies attacking Bethany? 

or:

1. Enemy: Using ranged or magic attack > Use current condition for next tactic
2. Enemy: Lowest Health > Winter's Grasp

Would it use Winter's Grasp on (hopefully) ranged attackers, starting at the lowest health one?

Um...it looks like those would both work. I didn't even realize we could do that even though I was hoping for it ever since the whole Dragon Age 2 hype got started haha.
