In my BG1 tutu game I seem to be having issues with magic weapons not registering properly. For example, the only weapon in my game that can harm a stone golem is Kivan's spear, given by a quest added by a mod I believe. No other +2 or greater weapons have any effect. Melee weapons have in general worked better than ranged ammunition, which in no instance registers as magical ammo.
I have installed SCS1 and selected the option to make +1 ammunition masterwork instead, but it seems that it possibly messed with all the other magic weaponry at the same time. I can't prove this of course but it is the only theory I have.
Is there a way to fix this? As I progress into the expansion zones it will be increasingly hard to defeat monsters if my weapons don't work properly.
