social network will not sync up to my xbox 360 da2 account need help.

it syncs up to my psn origins account. but neither of my da origins or da2 xbox accounts show up on nor will sync with the social network . i have been playing them both online and both say im linked to EA account on my xbox when i play .?Posted Image

Well I have 2 different account because of this problem, this one has my synced 360 Origins file and my other has my synced PS3 Origins file..........neither have their synced Dragon Age 2 files yet because for some reason it won't sync, it just shows that I have it under registration.

I have the same problem, I have tried signing on thru the game and thru EA and it doesn't work.

Customer Support are no help with this issue and you will only be redirected to tier 3 support, which use email rather than the chat resulting in you being ignored... Or so my experience was.

Any solutions yet?:)

I got my account synced but only by creating a new acct. I will be deleting this one now. When I signed up I had a typo in my email address. When you create your account just sign in using your EA email and password and it will automatically sync your profile. Do not create a profile just sign in with your EA info and it should take care of the situation. If you have already entered promo codes then its best to contact customer service at that point. I have been reading where they have sent new promo codes out because of this common mistake.
