[I Cabose I]

I redeemd my code from my receipt at gamestop and my sword and shield showed up on my redeemed code list but when I went back to look at the list again my sword and shield were no longer on it. Everything else from my signature edition is still there and I cant figure out why my sword and shield have dissapeared.

And when I try and re-enter the code for them it says its already been used. Frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
