Ok, i have a bit of a weird problem.



My original DAO player profile is not being updated anymore.



Instead all new data is sent to a new second profile that was created a few days ago for some reason.



This
new profile can only be reached by going to the original and clicking
on "click here to view this user's other player profiles". Both are for
my PC version of DAO by the way.



I would really like to get rid of this "usurper" profile and have any new data sent to the original one again.



Any ideas what might have caused this or how to fix it?


Or am I out of luck and have I run into this problem:

"2.1 Excess Personas



This
appears to be exclusive to PCs. For no apparent reason, additional
personas are created (and subsequently used). The change is
irreversible. If data does not seem to be uploading, especially if it
has in the past, check for this bug (see 1.1). Until such a time that users can set their default personas manually, nothing can be done about this inconvenience."
