I assume thats how I'm supposed to get my Lion and Orlais shield is by registering the game here, not entirely sure.

well when i enter in my UPC code it says the code is not valid. anyone have an idea? 

(sorry i couldn't find any option to search for similar posts and it won't let me post this in ps3 tech support)

i have the same problem.  also is the Of Things Not Lost tome not unlocked for anyone else?

Reg in the game on here nets you the boots. you shouldve gotten an email with the key for the sword&shield (least thats how it was for me)
