  I input all my codes into the code redemption thing but i cant figure out how to dl the content so i have it i nthe game. In DA1 there was an option in the game menu you saw what was available on your account and dled it. In DA2 it jsut links you to the redeem code page. Nothing else. I looked around the game menues and this site and cant figure out how to dl my stuff to my game....[smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/uncertain.png[/smilie]

I'm getting the same issue. Nothing is listed on my DLC page, and there's no clear instructions on how to get it into the game.

What I am doing is I am manually downloading my DLC, then just going to install it that way I had to do that for Witch Hunt and Darkspawn Chronicals too. Go to where you typed in or redeem your SE Code and then you'll see all the stuff you unlocked. I have the PC Version and I clicked next to the windows help link and it has a manual download

That's the problem, none of the things i have unlocked are showing up. Instead, it's information about ME2 code inputting. How can we install if we cant see what we already have? I could last night.

Well it sounds like my problems are worse than I thought. When ever I put my code in the FIRST time it told me it had already been used. So I don't think i can get it, ever. even though its on my content list here on the BWSN site. WTH is going on?

The DLCs such as Exile Prince, Blck Emperoium, Ring of something from Epic Weapons, you will have to manually download.

The various items should be listed under "Extras" see if it is there. If so it will show up in a chest at your kirkwall residence.

Just checking .... Did you all click on extras in the game menue then unlockables? Some of the content you have to download manually and others you will find in the unlockables..... They will show up once you get your house in your storage chest there.

i got the lost prince to download but every other download i click on only downloads the lost prince dlc
so for example i click on the isaac armor dlc and it downloads the lost prince dlc instead - wtf

I got a worse problem: I registered my Signature Edition key bought off EA Store on the website, but I'm missing all the DLC stuff that comes with it such as The Exiled Prince, Fadeshear, The Irons, The Black Emporium, Lion of Orlais. What the?

Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais is not part of the signature edition. That is activated in a seperate code. EA will be mailing those out in the next few days. I just got my Gamestop code for Fate Shear and Lion of Orlais this morning. It does not come in the box.

For those who bought the game from Gamestop physical stores, the code for Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais is on the receipt.

Quick update: I went to the EA support chat and the attendant gave me 2 codes which unlocked all the items I was missing(regular edition and signature edition extras). Cheers!

When I click the more info -pc link my browser freezes and then it pops up a box that immediately disappears.  I can't even get the download link to show up.  The one time I was able to click the download link it said no download available.  I have the signature edition.  Everything else showed up when I did the redeem code.  I can't download the black emporium or the exiled prince or any of it.  I've got all this content waiting to download and I can't get to it.  Very frustrating.

Never mind, I got it to work. I had to press ctrl-alt and click on the link to get the link to show up. It was conflicting with my pop up blocker. After that I clicked on the download link and got the content to download.

i did the preload with ea download manager and registered with the key i got when install was finish. i am in france so realease is not until tomorrow, and so i haven't received any mail from ea yet (i pre buy the sign edition on their store).
My question was : how do you unlock signature content ? right nothing show up in the registered content, only the free for all stuff. Will i received a mail from ea with a special unlock code for sign edition ? i asked because i already registered a key at the end of the preload install and i though it would be for the signature edition. But i guess not....

Just be patient until release for your region and if EA doesn't send you the codes then get on the chat with them and they will look into it. I talked with them a couple of times and they were really helpful.

I just bought the DA 2 from EA store and it does include black emporium as well as the pre order item. Atleast is say so on my order, but where is the redeem code that is mentioned? The only code i see are the one to register the game from the EA download manager, which I have done, And the only other series of numbers I see, is my order number. Not the redeem code number.

I know I can't play the game yet since I am in europe, but I would like to have everything I paid for preloaded and installed when the game unlocks. I already preloaded the game so that worked.

All my bonus, pre-order, and signature edition stuff is showing save the Dragon Armor. I met the requirement to get it but still not thre. Any one know ho to fix it?

You have to manually download the content. Its the only way I found to work.

i have the same issue as vinterviken

i bought it today, but the only code i have is the one for DA2 , no email has come for 2-3 hours (obviously the promo codes must come via email right?)

It's not showing in my unlocks I have the Blood Dragon Armor to download. Any ideas anyone?
