[Wicked Muneca]

I input the code for the sountrack and remaining SE edition bonus content here on the site but when I did I got an error message saying that this code has already been used. I just got the game from Amazon only a few minutes before I got on the site. Did I do something wrong? Is anyone else having this problem with that code? The two other codes that I input on the xbox worked fine. What is the other bonus items because maybe I have to be in-game to tell if it worked or not? 
If someone could help me I would really appreciate it. Very frustrated and upset because with ME I never had issues with the codes but this is the 2nd time with the Dragon Age title that I have an issue. Thanks!
