After I installed the game I went to the "redeme code' page and  I entered the code for the
Black Emporium DLC. Then went to my "entitlements" page and verified that it
was listed. I then downloaded and installed it but now in the game, under
the DLC menu content section, is says that it is unauthorized. And yes, I am
using the same username/password in game and at social.bioware/com.

Any suggestions?


Also, my preorder code from gamestop is listed in entitlements but the items to not show up in game.
