It's only a fleshwound. And besides, any difficulty that nightmare might bring is officially over, when you bring two spirit healers, and the ressurection bomb thingies.

I do carry. I do 3 mage party.* So I need 6 staves basicly. And even though Anders is very happy to swap staves with me I am not so!

And sup with spiders and was it dogs and what not having strange 100% immunities?

My mage have a theory spiders are actually mammals not insects because they are so big.

That 2% is the Nobody I was referring to.

At worst they represent the first life giving nourishment any of us experience.  At best they're also waonderful sexual accessories.  There is not a single line of dialouge in the game from a big boobed character about her back or shoulders hurting, so there is simply NO downside to them having mountainous mammaries.
