I roleplay on Gaiaonline.com. I found this interesting thread and I ran with it. the OP said that I could any kidnd of stuff I wanted as long as it didnt' conflict with waht she said.
And as far as the moogles doing magic, there's two kinds of moogles in this thing. Both are the FFXII type, but one kind has hands for feet, and those can do Drafting, a special kind of magic that uses light in its variable colors for magic, each color having different properties.

Sounds neat, I haven't roleplayed anything outside of a game.
