Problem with my pre order

This is my first time posting a thread, and my fourth or so time posting in these forums. I am very inexperienced with these forums and if Im making a mistake posting this here, forgive me. I searched but I found no other viable sub-forum to post this in.

Im gonna try to make this short.

I use a temporary internet card as a medium to pay my internet purchases. My very first purchase was a pre order of Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition on ShopTo.net. I was so excited about it and very glad when everything checked out, for a while.

Today, after coming back to the town I frequent uni in from a weekend at home, I find that my preorder was cancelled since, before dispatching my order, the company decided to recheck my card's details. I had already paid for the order, so I dont know why this was necessary, but since it was a temporary card it had already expired! SO, they cancelled my preorder and made me update my cards details. I have done just so, but to no avail, since my pre order was cancelled, not on hold, and Im afraid I may have lost my chance for a sig edition I had already paid for.

I tried to contact custommer support but it already was off hours. So I sent a ticket and will wait until I get some feedback.

What I want to know is, if I loose my Signature Edition, which I hope not from the bottom of my heart, is there a way for Bioware itself to redeem it for me if I give them a confirmation of the order or something?

I really need help here.
