I pretty much downloaded every advertised bonus contents except for these 3 items. I went on the DA2 website and was instructed to enter a code on the Bioware Social site. I tried the online pass code (which I already entered in-game) but it didn't work. I'm suspecting that these 3 items can be accessed via the Black Emporium but I'm not too sure.

It came with the Signature Edition Awards for me rather than the Black Emporium. Or at least that's what it says when I look at the DLC menu on the game.

They are found in a chest located in your players house. Upon entering there should be a chest located in a side room with a quest marker above or around it.
