Hi I am getting some graphical lag when I am in 1900 x 1000 resolution, while in 1200 x 1080 I am not getting any lag, anything that I should know about? It's only this game I lag in like this ...

Um...dude, if you didn't already know, the higher the resolution, the more taxing it is on your graphics card. Pick the native resolution of your monitor and set the graphical options to a setting that plays with an acceptable frame rate.

It isn't just this game... the effect may be more pronounced in this game but that could be for any number of reasons (this game may have some features that are revealing a bottleneck you never noticed before... if you are using DX11 then this is one of the first commercial games to make use of tessellation and some other DX11 effects).

What is the specs of your computer?  Was your computer custom built, or bought off the shelf?

It is obvious that your computer is being taxed beyond ability on high-resolution with this game, which is brand new and may prove to be too much for your computer that other games may have not been.

Well, that is your problem. You are running a 32-bit system, which means it will only recognize a total of 4GB of TOTAL system memory. This includes SYSTEM RAM and your VIDEO RAM. You have a 1GB Video Card...so your system is only able to use 3GB of SYSTEM RAM.

Also, recommended settings ask for a Quad-Core processor, where you only have a Dual Core.

Not saying your computer sucks, but without recommended hardware, you aren't going to get much more than maybe 50-75% of the Optimal Settings.

But, check that you have all updated drivers:

Video
Audio
Chipset
Network (ethernet)

Be sure you have Windows updated to XP Service Pack 3, as well as any other Microsoft Updates.

Chances are, however, that you will not be able to use max resolution; and as another has said, this is the first game to really take advantage of DX11 and 64-bit systems together. Without both of those, you are going to have to run it on lower-to-mid quality settings.
